Lazy eating: Akai Kitsune Udon Noodles

Today is one of those days where I’m feeling too lazy to cook, and craving bad food. So while grocery shopping at Tokyo Central Market, I picked up some instant udon noodles called Akai Kitsune Instant Udon Bowl by Maruchan. This instant udon bowl is a little different than the normal udon bowls. The noodles are dry and flat instead of the usual vacuumed sealed fresh udon noodles. And, it comes with abaraage – Japanese deep fried tofu pouch.
